Information collected automatically — Google Analytics (GA4) collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on page, device type, and approximate city-level location. This does not identify you personally and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your enquiry and provide a project quote
Schedule consultations and site surveys

All providers are contractually bound to process your data only for the services they provide to us.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of last contact, or for the duration required to complete a project and honour warranty obligations. Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (14 months). After these periods, data is securely deleted.

7. Cookies

Our website uses analytics cookies placed by Google Analytics only — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use our site.

8. Your rights under PIPEDA

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. Instagram, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their own policies.
